I would only trade for Camby if we were able to ship out Curry or Randolph. I personally would much rather ship out Curry because i think that Randolph has more potential going forward.

I love Josh Howard as a ballplayer. He is one of the few players who can really play both sides of the ball very well. However, I do not think that the Mavericks would ship him for Marbury's contract. Mark Cuban likes to win, and he won't trade his second best player for an expiring contract. That said, I would love to have Howard.

One guy who I think the Knicks should look into is TJ Ford. I think he can be had on the cheap, and he can really play. Although injury prone, he is a pure point who can really lead a team and control tempo. I believe that he can play in the bright lights of New York and he could be more than just a stop-gap point for the Knicks in the future.

Another deal that I wouldn't mind seeing Walsh look into would be to trade for his man, Jermaine O'Neal. Maybe a Marbury/ Curry for O'Neal/ Tinsley/ 2nd round pick.

Gotta love the Camby-man, but will he be the same block/rebound machine in 2010? All efforts need to be focused on that, and Donnie Walsh has basically said that already. To use the parlance of the Isiah era, we need to 'stockpile assets'
