Is Bickerstaff heading to New York?
The Charlotte Observer is reporting that Bernie Bickerstaff has stepped down from his post as Executive Vice President of the Charlotte Bobcats. There is no word on when the resignation will be effective, as he may want to stay on through the June draft.
The article reports that Bickerstaff might be “a good fit” in Donnie Walsh’s new front office or on the coaching staff.
Bickerstaff was instrumental in bringing the Bobcats franchise to Charlotte and has overseen them since their inception.
