Yahoo Sports Thinks Bulls Have Interest in Zach

The Randolph rumors will not die until his contract expires or he is actually dealt, whichever happens first.  According to Adrian Wojnarowski at Yahoo sports:

“A league executive said that the Chicago Bulls have interest in New York Knicks forward Zach Randolph to solve their low-post scoring problems, but don’t have a package that would interest New York.”

I wouldn’t say that the Bulls do not have players of interest for the Knicks.  However, with the cap restrictions, I am not sure how easily a deal could happen between these two teams.  Ty Thomas? Cap space?  Those are good places to start a deal for the Knicks.

Fans, take this article with a grain of salt.  Earlier in the summer, the Bulls reportedly had no interest in taking on Zach.  Now it’s the Knicks that don’t want to deal him?  Unless Adrian is on conference calls with Walsh and Paxson, I am going to have a tough time believing Zach rumors until a deal actually gets done.  

Adrian also mentions that Gerald Wallace is on the block.  Without his brutal contract, I would love to see what he could do on this Knicks team.  But again, the contract is a killer.
