The New York Coach Killers

According to multiple sources, the Kings have fired Coach Reggie Theus.  After laying an absolute egg at home against New York over the weekend, Kings management apparently decided that they had enough with Theus.

A couple of weeks ago, the Wizards fired Eddie Jordan after a slow start to what many in the organization hoped would be a promising season.  The game that the Wizards lost to the Knicks was the straw that broke the proverbial camel’s back.

From here on out, all coaches who are on the hot seat have one common nightmare… playing the New York Knicks.

I know that I am overexaggerating, but I think it is hilarious that two coaches this year have been fired after losing to the Knicks.  With the Theus firing, I like to see it as a testament as to how badly the Knicks wiped the floor with the lowly Kings than Theus’ problems with management.
