[...] Last week we told you here that over the course of a few days the Portland Trailblazers were hot and heavy for David Lee. That was no real secret, but in looking at the Blazers’ roster it seemed there needed to be a third team involved as Portland simply does not have what it takes to blow Donnie Walsh out of the water. The Blazers will be active at the deadline as they are trying to secure a point guard to pair with Steve Blake and that sources are saying they are still hoping to land a “power forward, preferably from the Eastern Conference.” But at this point they are in a holding pattern.
[...] Says here that the Blazers are in hot pursuit of the Knick forward: “Blazers ownership thinks Lee is the perfect 6th man who will be 26 in April and can be part of their long term plans. As we know Lee has leverage because he doesn’t have to sign with a team he is traded to, but playing in Portland with their young core would be very attractive.” [...]

Watch alot of bobcats games bc I live in the area. Wallace is AWESOME some nights and awful on others. It doesn't seem like an effort thing. He has the ability to play good defense, but doesn't always. He is incredibly explosive. His jumpshot has much to be desired. All in all, I would say pass on Wallace. He would turn in to a guy that NY fans would love to hate.

Ridding ourselves of Q Rich should not be a priority when Jared Jeffries is on this roster.

Also, Lee is a fan favorite because of the game he plays. And his game is nothing that you can laugh at.
