Jaric can only come if Curry goes out there. No exceptions.

If the #2 pick is involved, then Jeffries can go for Jaric.

Nice find.

Anyone who saw the half time piece with Bird man will know he isnt leaving Denver. Not for the mid level especially. He will likely take less money to stay in Denver. He has serious ties to the area related to his rehab and recovery from substance abuse and that will keep him mile high (air high)

I think the idea that DW is talking to Memphis. Hopefully the #2 pick is involved in the conversation. Ill take Marko Jaric as part of the deal. Adrienna Lima is alleged to be prego but she sure would be nice to look at in the stands.

John Hollinger at ESPN has an interesting article about the now eliminated Nuggets and what they are facing going into the offseason.

Two players on their team stand out to me for different reasons; one is Chris Andersen, who despite his history and Rodman-esque look is exactly what the Knicks need - could he be an option with the mid-level exception?

The other guy is Steven Hunter, whose contract expires after next season; the Nuggets are desperate to get under the luxury tax threshold and still re-sign some of the free-agent core players (including Andersen). The article states that the Nuggets would be interested in maybe giving their future first round pick from Charlotte (top 12 protected in 2010, so unless Charlotte collapses, it could become available) to anyone who would take him off his hands. If the Knicks are interested in sending cash over to balance out a Darko-Q deal, why not see if the Nuggets would be interested in taking a cash for Hunter/First round pick. He will be 28, can block a shot here and there and with his contract coming off the books going into 2010 and getting a replacement potential first round pick in 2010, it seems like a no brainer.

While all the talk about trading with Memphis is about the 2nd pick, this seems much more likely and reasonable. It isn't a major deal, but would be a good deal for both sides in my opinion
