Say Washington takes Steph Curry and doesn’t trade their pick, maybe we could pick Hill and trade him and someone else (maybe jeffries hopefully). If it’s a tough decision between Curry and Hill for Washington, maybe they would want to take Jeffries defensive presence back while also getting a player they also covet. Dream situation, though.

If this Hill talk is serious, I could see the Knicks taking Hill and then either buying or trading for a pick to get the guard they covet later in the draft. I don’t necessarily see that guard being a point. A guy like Jodie Meeks would be a great shooter to pair with Gallo. He would also provide some athleticism on the perimeter. Then the Knicks can explore a sign and trade with Nate involving Sergio Rodriguez and a pick in the 2010 draft.

Think about it, Duhon can play the point this year if he has a legitimate backup and Steve Nash will be a Knick next year anyways. If Curry, Holliday, and Rubio are gone by the time the Knicks pick it may be between Evans and Hill.

call me crazy but I really believe that all this Jordan Hill talk is to try and attract the teams picking 2-7 to take a look at him, allowing us to get the pg that walsh really wants.

Ok, so…if Stephen Curry is gone, wouldnt it be a better option, to draft Hill, and buy a pick later in the first like Minnesotas 18th (there not gonna want 3 rookies, there definetly trading 18 or 28) and then we could pick a Teague/Maynor/Lawson…at worst Darren Collison..

And maybe, depending on how they play, Donnie wont have to go crazy for a 2010 first rounder because we’ll have 2 young peices, and for 2010, they’ll already have a season under there belt.

It just makes more sense to me than just getting Flynn/Jennings/Holiday and maybe a 2nd rounder

My gf’s mother knows the McAlarny family. Supposedly Miami has shown a little interest after he’s likely to go undrafted. I bet he wouldn’t mind staying close to Staten Island though.

He’s small and undersized but is a great shooter. He might be worth the league minimum.

Hill is just like Chris Wilcox, and even a developed Wilcox couldn’t significantly contribute on our team. I think he woudl be OK, but i REALLY hope that they don’t draft him. They need an athletic guard and that’s that.
