Looking for big things from our picks. Blocked shots from Sene and a contract for Junior!! He can be our Ariza!! Even though Ariza was once our Ariza. Does anyone know if these games will be on MSG?

[...] But Almond couldn’t stick and now finds himself on a serious summer league squad. I don’t know about you guys, but I can’t wait to see this group. [...]

I like our Summer League competition, especially if they keep there picks

Memphis has the most interesting pick in this draft at No2, especially with some many players not wanting to play for them.

Sacramento has No4, if they take Rubio, i'd like watch him play a full game with my own 2 eyes..and sounds like there deciding between Rubio, Evans, and Flynn

Its like a 70% chance washington trades that pick...but if they dont, it'll be interesting to see who they take..

So far it looks like our summer league consist of:
Saer Sene
Courtney Sims
Joe Crawford
Demetrius Nichols
Chris Hunter
&
Whoever we draft..

I wonder if any of the 10-day guys will get a contract and not rack up DNPs

Along with our high draft pick, I'd love to see Saer Sene, Taj Gibson, Jack McClinton, AD Vassallo and KC Rivers on our summer league team.

I'd definitely bring back Sene for another look. Hopefully the defensive-minded Sene's healthy - he could turn into our backup center for the future, once we find our starting 5 eventually. Is a guy like Gortat that much better than this guy? I don't think so. Then why overpay to bring in Gortat?? Sene's on par with guy's like Diop & Steven Hunter IMO. Hunter played well for D'Antoni in Phoenix in a reserve specialist role.

Taj Gibson & Jack McClinton I'd like to acquire later in this draft somehow. I love Gibson, he's a very underrated two-way player who would give us a shot-blocker and also has some nice effective offensive skills to offer as well. McClinton's a guy who could slide right into Nate's role and supply scoring and also some ball-handling - Jack gets compared Eddie House, but to me unlike House, McClinton's effective off the bounce and also has more PG skills than House even though neither is a true PG. McClinton is just flat out more skilled than Eddie House in my book. Glad to here MDA like him.

AD Vassallo and KC Rivers might not even get drafted and if that's the case, I'd invite both to summer league if I'm Walsh. Vassallo from VA Tech is really intriguing - 6'6", smooth player with a pretty high B-Ball IQ who can shoot the lights out, rebound and really handle and pass the ball as well. This guy's has elements of Francisco Garcia (the court vision, the ball-handling for a bigger guy) & Allan Houston (the smooth offensive game & jumpshot).
