Highlights of new Knicks Jordan Hill and Toney Douglas

Hey guys what about Anthony Parker for our 2 guard he thrives in uptempo offense and a picture perfect jumper. And if no whats wrong with him?

  • the oak

Hill had 23 points. 11 boards, 2 blocks against Cole Aldrich and Kansas. Impressive.

And Douglas failed to reach 20 points only 3 times in ACC play, and those 3 times were 18, 19, and 19. Very consistant.

Just a few things I picked up while looking at their numbers.

Oak Im excited, Both thrive off the Pick and Roll and love uptempo. And Hill not being a good post up player is OK this is 7 seconds or less rarely do we post up.
I hope we sign the real Oak to a contract to mentor Hill and Darko.

I say Fire Herb. Hire Oak.

Anthony Parker is a good player and a great fit but I don’t see how we could pick him up without eating into cap space. I beilieve he is a free agent?

  • darkseid

anyone that booed this kid when he was selected is an idiot

  • KBT1615

yea he is a free agent. but Donnie is going to pursue Ben Gordon so he has to have some type of contract.

Jordan Hill is the Truth, hes a slightly less athletic version of Amare.

If Stephen Curry played in the ACC would have been a significantly better player than Toney Douglas? Having seen Douglass play in person (at Maryland) this guy has a very similar game as Curry. While hes not quite Curry from 3pt land, he is noticeably better at creating his on shot and shooting off the bounce.

And I don’t think either is an NBA pg.

    I like both picks.

As an FSU student I got to see Douglas play on a weekly basis. No one works harder than Toney. He was the lone reason why FSU was able to earn a bid in the NCAA tourney this year (most of the roster was freshman/sophmores).

His assist numbers are misleading. Toney was the only player on FSU last year to average more than 10 pts a game. When he is around capable scorer’s he will be able to feed them. He is capable of playing either point or shooting guard.

that was a good clip… both players look real good. only thing i didnt like is the only pass Douglas did was inbounding the ball on one play. and he’s suppose to me a point / 2 guard… but this is just a highlight real anyway. so i understand
