The salaries match up, but I rather try to trade away a package of Jeffries with Lee first.

And I would only do that trade if I really felt Bayless is the answer for us at the pg position, which I’m not necessarily confident is the case. And I don’t like taking on Webster’s contract.

no i did the math. if we traded for jackson and deveon george, that would have cleared up close to 3 mil if we traded curry in the package.

Hey Tommy, since trading has begun, how does this proposal sound … I think it benefits both teams, meets cap guidelines, and dosn’t put DWon the hook for contracts beyond 2010:

JJ and Will (hate to see you got) to Portland – (Outlaw & Bantum are hurt)
Bayless and Martell Webster to NYK.

I dont think NY would be able to trade for Paul until they get under the Cap because Paul is in a BYC contract.

I think Jackson would definitely mess up 2010 money if we are gonna mess up that money let it be for CP3 a PG our glaring weakness position.

CP3 is destined for a bigger stage than New Orleans, Don Sterling told him that so cmon Dolan talk to DW and bring him to MSG get him out of the West so he can battle Rondo more than twice a year lol.

I think Larry can be a Raja type but DAntoni’s crazy sub rotation can have a player confused.

If I remember right Larry came in the league touted as a scorer so he has the scorer’s mentality even though his jumper is suspect. Isnt he currently #2 in the league in steals? He needs the playing time and if he can get a running mate to do the same, imagine the fast break possiblities which is most of the time non existant because of Duhon’s non-capablity to start one.

Dont we have the 14 mil to absorb Chris Paul’s salary and still make moves for 2010?

Surely a kid that ran the DAntoni offense in the Olympics and a kid that likes to play defense and a kid that will demand others play defense would be a wise DW move AND a kid that would be a great draw for the BIG FAs, Im sure LBJ wouldnt mind playing with CP3?

Send Duhon and Jeffries for CP and Peja, Peja on his last legs would still thrive in DAntoni’s system.

I heard rumor the owner is moving people(Emeka) when they just got him so maybe DW can work some things out.

Also do you think Mike will ask DW to try and get him Raja?
