Hey Tommy, what are your thoughts in regards to Rudy Gay or T Mac on the Knicks. What would it take and how much would either player help the team.

Will Kahn disappear up his own anus or will he trade Rubio to the Knicks, which is the obvious place Rubio is waiting on? Could Rubio be the reason Walsh didn’t draft a much needed point guard? Will Rubio be a Knick? Does woman really have curves? Do the dead want a mass?

first off…i am a long time reader but first time commenter….and i really had to get this off my chest.

i am a strong believer in “what goes around comes around”…….and i think that what we are seeing now is D’Antoni’s shiftyness coming back to bite him in the ass. it was mentioned in the previous post of how dantoni cares about “veteran” players careers and them finding work…..and how the rooks have to beat the vets off the court……..oh really? so i guess he was so concerned with marbury’s career that he had to bury him on the bench last year and publicly shame the guy in standing behind this farce that “it was best for the team and players development”??….ok, hows that been going so far?

lets get something clear……interviews and press conferences are stages set for public reputation and politically correct answers/comments….never the truth…..ecspecially the painful truth.

in continuation…….i am by no means a marbury fan or supporter…..its obvious that without basketball that man has lost his marbles but i can respect talent regardless off chracter.i think the knicks have been sunk by these emotional/personal decisions compared to “basketball” decisions….

you cant possibly sell idea that a team would actually be better being led by duhon than marbury unless you paint a bad image of the guy despite the fact he was your most prepared and dedicated player in the off season……

it seems like everything dantoni does has “favoritsm” written all over it…from his managing players, benching marbury, drafting gallo, and pursuing old players….im getting tired of it. as person who has spent his hard eaned money on knick tickets in the past….i think i reserve the right to say that i am NOT a believer in this dantoni/walsh era whatsoever and that management does not care about the fans what at all. at the end of the day the nba is for our entertainment……..and when they passed on verson i think that was the last draw. this whole “development of players” excuse is getting real old and lame……..only thing developing is a loosing culture but at the same time its BORING loses….

i was honestly going to invest in tickets for the first time in 2 years if they brough iverson here but i guess their looking for the next joe dumars and detlef in tony and gallo…….can we give it a rest?…..not only do we suck, but this team isnt entertaining in the least!…….i can hinesly say i hate dolan with a passion and that this shiftiness within the garden office will continue as long as he’s here.

Last night and the Celtics game were far from “boring losses”

There is no bright side – the Nets have a greater bright side:

1) Devin Harris and Brooks Lopez – pg and center already in place

2) they have their lottery pick this year w/ a loaded draft of Demarcus Cousins, Ed Wade, Xavier Henry, John Walls, and the 7 foot PF Europe kid who will make Gallinari look like Darko – argggghhhh

3) they have more cap space than us!!!

It’s good to be a Nets fan – b/c they have a some major pieces to look forward to.

Look – the Nets could have this lineup next year:

Harris – PG
Xavier Henry – SG (oh and he’s 6’6″ so yes he can play the 2)
Lopez – C
Bosh – PF
Gay – SF

or what if they go this route:

Harris – PG
Joe Johnson – SG
Lopez – C
Ed Davis – PF
Gay – SF

Again – it’s good to be a Nets fan – b/c they have a brighter future right now. That lottery pick really hurts us.

It’s refreshing to read an insightful, thought out, rational comment on what so many of us have been saying for a long time. The thing that really gets us angry is the fact that, as Franco said, the Knicks management doesn’t give a damn about the fans. They only care about having “good citizens’ on their team. Boring, lame, no-talent or over-the-hill good citizens. And to me, that’s the real reason they passed on Jennings–cause he had a little rep. Walsh and D’Antoni have already worn out their welcome as far as I’m concernd. But you’re right, Franco, the stink starts with Dolan.

I see things from overseas. More i’m basically found for knicks because of Gallo. I obviously get the most of your points of view, i mean, how can you carry the weight of endless seasons of repeated losses along with the rest of nation taking the piss out of the knicks. A decade of darkness. You know, i strongly love the Milan AC, for sure the most winning football team in the last 20 years, and i’m grateful to the property and management for all of this. So i wish knicks fans had the same feelings. I know it is very difficult for you to put apart all the angriness coming from the past combined with the present disaster. But you should try because there is a plan under the ashes. For the first time in a decade there is plan and this is what count in the end. Well, some decisions seem bizarre and i think to last draft, but who’s perfect? There is an unquestionable term anyway, july the first 2010.

It’s never good to be a NETS fan. They suck. Won’t ever be the main attraction in the NYC area. If we had Brook Lopez and Devin Harris on the KNICKS:

1. we would have yet to win a game.
2. we would be moving to Brooklyn.
3. everyone would be killing this team.

The national media has been making jokes about us fans and how impulsive we are. Most pundits have been saying that this years NYK are moving in the right direction. The team sucks right now because they’re are crap parts on this team. Also:

1. Players don’t fit the system
2. There’s no leadership on this team
3. There’s no playmaker on this team
4. There’s no defensive players on this team
5. There’s no height on this team

Devin Harris isn’t a leader. Brook Lopez isn’t Dwight Howard. If they were they would have won a game already.

Dwayne Wade is solely responsible for the games the HEAT have won. Without Wade that team probably wouldn’t win a game. That’s the difference of what a true STAR player can do for a team in this league. This is a STAR LEAGUE…

Don’t buy tickets…that’s the best statement you can make. Matter of fact, cancel your cable and watch everything online…that would make an even bigger impact.
