Listen LIVE (click the player on the right on the BTR player)

Tune in to TKB Radio tonight at 9 PM to talk Knicks with Anthony “Rice Balls” Donahue. Listen to Anthony chat with former Knicks forward, Zach Randolph off the heels of a major game last night in his return to MSG.  I always liked Zach as a Knick and it is a shame that he had to be a part of the overhaul in NY.  Like Mike D’Antoni said, the move was necessary, but it was still a tough one to swallow.

Also, there may be another major guest coming on to chat.  All I can say is that this guest is an absolute legend.  More details to come as I hear of them.

Don’t miss tonight’s show, and as always, give a call in and let your voice be heard.

When will DW see that the team needs another big? The knicks have been getting murdered on the boards due to lack of size and the interior defense was always bad but now we are undersized. The Knicks have an extra roster spot so why not add a D-league player or something ? All walsh is showing is that he is not commited to winning which makes the knicks look bad as an org. . The top FA’s want to go to a place where the front office is commited to winning not just clear cap space and wait for a savior. Even since the season is lost there should still be a competitive edge to DW to not have his team overmatched every night because it just shows he does not care . An athletic big and another shooter from the D-league would help out more than people think. Its not even about making the playoffs but it’s about respect. The Knicks are back to being a joke like when Zeke was here. Im Done!!!!

A guy from the D League is not going to save the rest of this season. Whoever it is probably won’t play 10 min per game under D’Antoni.

In fairness to Walsh he made a pretty good trade at the deadling last year and brought Wilcox in and D’Antoni wouldn’t play him. He did the same with Darko this past summer and D’Antoni wouldn’t play him. Interior defenders who simply rebound and block shots but can’t shoot are not going to get minutes.

Our best hope for this summer is to bring in a guy like Amare (if D’Antoni hasn’t completely destroyed his relationship with him) or Bosh.

Which is why this coach is so short sighted-the Knicks already have enough guys who can score. Although they desperately need somebody who can block shots and clog the paint, those guys won’t get the light of day unless they can abide by D’Antoni’s silly “7 seconds or less offense”.

The Knicks will never win anything with this coach, regardless of who may come this summer.
