About Myles A. Mills

Myles is a sophomore at The Browning School, an all-boys private school on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. He's been a Knick fan as long as he can remember, and 02-03 was the last season he could remember in entirety. He hopes to one day see the Knicks in the playoffs. Myles is also fond of the Mets, and follows them vehemently, but his the bulk of his time goes to the Knicks. Myles wants to be a radio hosts on WFAN or ESPN 1050 radio, and he hopes to write for theknicksblog.com for years to come. View all posts by Myles A. Mills →

This means nothing, many rich & famous people have dinner in NY.

  • knicks497

Knicks decision makers aren’t even here… adding fuel to a fire that doesn’t even exist.

  • nachomas4

they can havve dinner inside the garden and it means nothing

  • jingo

    Great restaurants in NYC.

  • gianthinker

No because they both play for the Mavs….

  • JeffM729

Let’s see dinner in New York or dinner in Dallas?

That’s really not a tough decision!

  • grahambo86

I heard on ESPN radio that the T-Wolves just gave Darko $20 million..ahahahaha

  • NoVaCaInE

HOLLY COW!!! Darko got a 20 million contract from Kahn in Minny.

Knicks to meet with Stoudemire monday. He isn’t getting more than 4 years from the Suns. Looking forward to talking to Walsh.

If I was walsh I’d give him 5 years on problem. I want Amare on the KNicks!

  • TobyKnight

I may have missed postings on this topic, but what are the chances that the Knicks can work out a S&T for Melo with Lee and Chandler or Gallo as the bait?

Would HATE to lose Gallo, but would be willing to sacrifice him for Melo if it came down to it since they both play the same position.

If that were to happen, would that be enough to entice LBJ to sign on?

    TD
    LBJ
    Melo
    Amir Johnson?
    Coleman/Barron

Yeah will you insure his knees when they blow out in 3 years. No thanks

  • gianthinker

Microfracture surgery has come a very long way. His knees are better now than they were before. Its like Tommy John surgery. Back in the day it basically meant you were done. Now, you come back better than ever. His knees are fine.

But I suppose you wanna stick with Lee, Miller, Gay…Give me a break!

    Go get Amare!

  • gianthinker

    Lets worry about LBJ first.

  • http://www.reeltalkblog.com Shakespeare

I’ve said allll along Bosh is my #1 choice to team up w/ Lebron, and said I would want Lee over Amare due to his injury past….but I’m allllll on the Amare bandwagon at this point…I think Amare is much more appealing to Lebron than re-signing Lee would be…so I’d sign Amare to a max to present it to Lebron, then sign Mike Miller and Ridnour to the vets min and promise them a starting spot…

    Ridnour
    Miller
    Lebron
    Gallo
    Amare

    bench:
    Chandler
    Douglas
    Walker
    Curry
    Barron
    Rautins
    Fields

and come trade deadline try and ship out Curry’s expiring w/ say Chandler and Ridnour for CP3 or PARKER….

    =DYNASTY IN NY…2-3CHIPS IN THE NEXT 5….

  • JaymanJD

Dirk should be plan B no question. The fact that there is no pressure on Cuban is a mistake. Dirk is a little older than the other FA which is why I would only offer 4 years but Dirk is a 1A player along with Paul, Wade, Lebron, Melo, Kobe, and Deron Williams. I really think that with D’Antoni’s stupid system Dirk is the best fit of all the players even Lebron. I would actually take a combo of Dirk and Lebron in this system over Wade or Bosh. Imagine Gallo, Dirk, Lebron on the same floor. Then you could add a piece like Mike Miller to play SG or Ray Allen. It would be Raining 3′s while also having the slashing ability of Dirk and Lebron. Knicks should really pushing for Dirk and I don’t know why they are not must be age at 31 or Dirk actually having little interest in leaving dallas.

  • JaymanJD

I do not like the idea of signing Amare let alone signing him to play Center. You asking for the same exact problems we had with Lee at Center big mistake.

  • JaymanJD

First he has had more than one surgery on his knees. He is injury prone. Yeah knee surgery has come a long way but for every jason kidd there is a Allen Houston or Mcgrady or Hardway who never are the same player. Im not saying he is unhealthy now. Im just saying that due to his medical history to date he is bound to find himself back on the doctors table. Why do you think he is having trouble getting max money he is a risk and why should the knicks be the one to take it. The knicks dont need more risks.

  • ds2488

Yeah, it would be one thing if Dirk was having dinner in NY with Gallo, but I think its another entirely if he’s having dinner with Kidd. He’s definitely going back to the Mavs I think, but I would love it if we could get him.

  • TrentMotherTucker

Maybe they’re comparing notes on how to attract crazy ladies into their lives.

  • gianthinker

If you watched him he got stonger andd stronger and after over a decade of crap I disagree I think the Knicks need to take the risk. Not a 6 or 7 year risk only a 5 year risk. I’d do it.

    lmao….this site is becoming tmz….

  • Jack D

They’re not trading CP3. And RJ just opted out, so they have no reason to trade Parker.

  • Jack D

lol yeah, this topic is totally not news worthy when it is July 1st as we speak.
