It is kind of weird no one recognized him, especially in NY?

I mean the kid is 6’7″, no?

    LOL

  • Anonymous

Lol. Not to mention the camera crew and the lav mic he was sporting.

  • Anonymous

It kinda felt like an episode of the Office. He kind of looks like Jim now that i think about it. lol.

Funniest Part when he was playing the kid one on one and he kept blocking his shot lol “Get your skills up and come back to Modells” lol
Its also pretty crazy how nobody recognized him, he had to of done this on a down day, like Sunday Afternoon

  • Anonymous

Very funny! The Amare impersonation was great. He should have taken it a little further and made his voice deeper, Shaq like.

  • Anonymous

    lmao
Shouldn’t he be at practice, practicing defense?

  • Anonymous

Do Not Trade This Man…(Sorry Gallo)

  • Anonymous

You see those blocked shots on that kid…Now that’s defense.

Plus, Landry Fields can go 1 on five…That’s offense and defense…

  • Anonymous

this video made him untouchable in my opinion

idc if they offer us dwight howard for fields now

  • Anonymous

DO NOT trade this guy. He’s great for our team and hilarious. Let’s go Landry lets go Knicks

The kid has had a great sense of humor and really appreciates his time here. I would hate to see him go. I really want to get a Fields Jersey, but scared he will get traded.
Call me crazy but Amare and Fields are my only untouchables.

Im starting a We Want Jerry Sloan Tshirt. Anyone interested lol

“Jerry Sloan resigned as coach of the Utah Jazz on Thursday at a news conference.

Sloan had signed a one-year contract extension on Monday.

Assistant coach Tyrone Corbin will be taking over the team, the Salt Lake Tribune reported.

Sources told ESPN.com’s Marc Stein that Jazz officials spent Thursday morning trying to convince Sloan to change his mind and stay on as coach, but there was no budging from the famously hard-nosed coach after Wednesday night’s events.”

    I’m gonna miss you kid.

It’s to bad so many are so ready to get rid of you.

No worries though. In a year or two you’ll be better than guys like Afflalo, Sefolosha, & Harden and they’ll be the first to be mad because we got rid of you. I predict you’ll be one of the top two guards in the league and we’ll be depressed you’re no longer in the orange and blue.

They’ll also be angry when Gallo blossoms and drops 40 on us in his return.

I can see Chandler now … blocking Amare’s shot then doing a tomahawk jam in Ronny’s face.

It’s okay though, cause we’ll have Melo and STAT and no bench to speak of. We’ll have a coach who could care less about defense. But we the fans will still chant, “DEFENSE!, DEFENSE!,” as if chanting it will actually make it happen.

Tell you what it will be better for you, Gallo and Chandler to go somewhere else, somewhere you’ll not only be appreciated but coached up and allowed to fulfill your true potential.

I’ll be the first one in line to greet you all upon your return and cheering you on as you stick to us all.

Just know that I never wanted to trade any of you. I believe in you all. Sadly I’ll have to deal with us still not winning a championship because I for one don’t believe in Fantasy Basketball. I live in reality and in the real world every team needs some one like you. A kid with a very high basketball IQ, whose unselfish, coachable, hard working, and represents the team and the city of New York admirably.

Every team could use a guy like Chandler. Ego-less, versatile, can score from anywhere on the floor, all around good guy and doesn’t care whether he starts or comes off the bench.

Last but definitely not least, every team needs a budding star to build around. A 6-10 22 year old whose not scared to guard the best players on every team be they a speedy 6 foot PG, a 6-8 freakishly athletic small forward or an asinine future 7-0 Hall of Famer, and not only do well against them but earn they’re respect.

None of you have yet to scratch the surface of your true potential, it’s to bad we won’t let you do so here. I for one have no idea where in all of sports it became law that you had to be a superstar day one. I’m old school. I believe in drafting and developing your players and coaching them and watching them grow. Hopefully you’ll get that chance in your new homes.

    Much love.

    Go Knicks!!

What moves make this a championship team if getting Melo doesn’t? Sam Dalembert and Jason Williams?

“Last but definitely not least, every team needs a budding star to build around”

Guess what, we’re not the Thunder, our franchise player is a free agent signing 28 years of age named Amar’e Stoudemire, not Danilo Gallinari. We aren’t building around Gallo, we’re building around Amar’e. We aren’t trying to compile promising 22 year olds, we’re trying to compile capable 26-30 year olds to win a championship while Amar’e is here.

Have fun rooting for this team while Amar’e gets run into the ground trying to put all these just average to above average players on his back in the playoffs, while we make no progress towards being a contender.
