As most of you know, I wanted Al Harrington over the summer and was more than willing to trade Jamal Crawford to get him. That  idea became reality when Donnie Walsh made the trade on November 22nd.

What I love about D’Antoni so far is that he seized control of the locker room from day one.

Given the nature of his position, we have to grade Walsh based pretty much on what he has done since he arrived up until this point.  As the GM, Walsh does not have as much of a direct impact on the daily operations of this team. He cannot make moves every day to tinker [...]
